Managed staff of 328, 280 employees and 48 contractors in three cities. Budget responsiblity in excess of $75m.

Defined, developed and implemented the Decision Support Services people, process and technology infrastructure supporting business and consumer divisions. The DSS infrastructure included consumer, business and financial data warehouse, data mining and modeling environment, data hygiene processes, next offer calculation and executive business intelligence dashboard reporting. Managed a staff of 175, 150 employees and 25 contractors. Budget responsibilities were in excess of $$24m.
