My role with Duke MFG. consist of preventative/reactive maintenance on all fabrication department equipment; specializing in CNC laser cutters(fiber&co2), CNC laser welding systems(fiber), CNC router tables, welding robotics, press brakes, panel benders & turret presses. Also GTAW, GMAW, SMAW, spot welders, and various other vital pieces of equipment. I also oversaw and participated in Millwright & new machine installs and relocation. Including all mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, & air filtration systems. Along with ensuring proper maintenance and repairs, I procured, fabricated, & installed everything from handrails, material handling carts, mezzanines, also custom fixturing

While employed with Delta I was tasked with being a combo welder and fitter; field fabricating pipe spools, repairing welds, and replacing valves during outages. Also helping local maintenance crews in our down time with their task.

While employed with Starting Line, I was tasked with welding and fabricating tube chassis promod/radial drag cars from the ground up. During my duration of employment I fabricated & welded with Inconel, titanium, chromoly, as well as various grades of aluminum and stainless. I was responsible for managing quality control throughout the fabrication process. This process includes but not limited to; tube bending/notching, sheet metal, carbon fiber, & lexan fabrication; mechanical work, assembly/disassembly/setup of engines, transmissions, drivetrain, and suspension.
