Patrick has been with BE since 2003 and he has consistently been an excellent performer; an energetic and enthusiastic colleague who is always forthcoming and helpful with ideas and initiatives, and well-regarded as a leader. He exhibited leadership skills in many occasions. He mentors groups of internal quality auditors and shadowed them in their audits to improve their auditing competency since 2003 and helps to identify gaps for improvement in various entities. He is also one of the coordinators for the company Open House by bringing in suitable innovations-on-trial. He also manages a group of staff from various entities for the Corporate CC learning days and tying up with external organisations for the learning journeys. At national level, Patrick has also been a MINDEF Excellence Award (MEA) Assessor since 2000 and was elevated to a Lead Assessor four years later, leading team of MINDEF assessors for the MEA. In 2006, he represents SPRING Singapore as a National BE Assessor and was promoted three years later to team leader, leading more than 20 organisations for various BE certifications. He is also a valued team member in the assessment of National BE Award-level organisations. In additional, he is one of the lead assessors for the Singapore Service Excellence Medallion Award and Business for Family Award. With these experiences, he has helped different organisations and MINDEF units strengthen their management systems and processes for high performance. In this respect, he has been recognised by SPRING Singapore and Singapore Productivity Association and his peers with a capacity for higher responsibilities and greater challenges.At personal level, Patrick is an experience web and graphics designer. He has helped numerous enterprisers to redesign their digital products and websites, and entice their readers.
