• Participated in the largest cybersecurity event (Singapore International Cyber Week, SICW GovWare 2024)- Showcase live demo to key clients, introduce current and new products- Securing new leads for the team- Tailored solutions based on clients’ needs- Reaching out to existing clients to gather feedback and show appreciation• Went on-sites to provide technical support to our customers as per SLA - Carry out planned upgrade and migration work - Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution - Deliver reliable service and meet commitments- Key clients such as (i.e. ST Engineering, CSA, Ensign)• Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolution for our customer- Regularly seek ways to enhance the client experience

• Perform role of Bay Lead to lead Team to complete tasks error-free - Ensure efficient and effective diagnosis, configuration, and set-up of system for testing and production- Train/supervise new staff- Identifying and assigning the necessary resources (materials, labour, equipment)• Performing a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies- Implement checks to ensure that work meets the specified standards before delivery- Offer support to address any concerns or additional request• Validate design, fabrication, and fit-up of basic electro-mechanical assemblies- Provide constructive feedback to improve internal technical reports- Enhance manufacturing procedures
