 Create, coordinate, and maintain monthly and annual finances, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable, cash flow projections, payroll, federal accounting compliance and proposal pricing.  Manage a $12-15 million annual budget, including multi-million dollar proposals.  Assisted in developing and implementing the fiscal elements of various proposals.  Introduced and implemented health care plan options—health savings account and traditional co-pay—and a 401(k) program for employees.  Collaborate with HR on annual benefits reviews and company implementation. Maintain partner, customer, and vendor relationships for current clients and facilitate relationships for future projects. Assist the director of HR and company president on identifying evolving business needs and developing and implementing procedural changes.

 Oversaw four team leads and supervised over 35 employees in closing functions of the title companies’ operations. Managed the closing of 200 to 300 loans a month, each averaging $100,000 to $500,000. Reviewed and researched team productivity on a daily and monthly basis, submitting reports to Senior V.P. Each department met or exceeded their daily 90% efficiency rate for their positions.  Trained and onboarded new staff with requirements, provisions, and terms of closing operations. Managed schedule requirements, resource availability, and supported team deadlines with Vision Scheduling System while maintaining exceptional product quality.
