As a former Senior Technical Specialist and Group Leader at Cummins Inc., I have over 13 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a heavy focus on electrification and hybrid vehicles. In addition to building business cases for exploratory technology, I was responsible for integrating the electrified powertrain for commercial and public transportation vehicles, as well as leading a team of engineers and technicians to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers and stakeholders.My core competencies include strategic thinking, managing a team of engineers and technicians to deliver above stakeholder expectations, translating stakeholder requests into actionable requirements, addressing market & customer needs, and supporting market & regulatory requirements.
