For the past 4 years, I have spent working in the field research specifically impact evaluation. I have worked in Developmental & Academic Research Mostly Randomized Control Trials funded by The World Bank and USAID where I was responsible for managing research projects ranging from; Project Development (Proposal writing) participated in drafting of research proposals. Field data collection, Training survey teamProgramming of data collection tools (ODK & SurveyCTO) Data Management systems; High-Frequency Checks to ensure that collected data is of high quality, and Data Analysis using STATA.Implement a functional research system at the project level. Working closely with partners and supporting MERL program teams with technical oversight and direction on all monitoring and evaluation needs across implementing areas.Assist in the planning, design, and coordination of the project base, mid and endline surveys, supporting the quality implementation of the sampling methodology and data collection.Review project evaluation and research reports and give recommendations for improvement.Assist in the development and dissemination of the project evaluation/research findings to donors, partners, key stakeholders, and communities and their utilization in learning activities
