This was successfully achieved with a significant improvement in output and a ten percentage point increase in engagement levels.• Implemented change of process and structure in cash flow management leading to an improvement in debtor days and reduction in aged debt. Put in place a 52 week cash forecasting model, updated daily and used by the CEO and CFO. • Lead the implementation of Cognos Express, an MI system which was vital to enable P&L, Balance Sheet, revenue and aged debtor reporting across the 2 accounting systems.• Reduced the month-end close process from working day 13 to working day 8 and put in place improved reporting packs at Board and Divisional levels. Led the group consolidation and statutory reporting for all Group entities. -
