As a part-time sales associate at JYSK, my role revolves around sales. I am responsible for the initial customer interaction from the moment they step into the store to their purchase. In addition to overseeing sales, I also serve as the closing supervisor on weekends. In this capacity, I manage the entire store and navigate through various situations that may arise.

As an intern at Turis, I was responsible for creating a feasible marketing strategy based on resources, goals, and the company's core. My tasks in connection with strategy formation included market analysis and data collection as well as risk analysis. At the same time, I looked inward at Turis' company profile and customers to identify weaknesses, strengths, and potential new markets.

At Sweet-Homes, my responsibilities were administrative. I was in charge of answering the phone, creating new customers in the CRM system, and also generating new cases for the website and social media. There were also busy times when I assisted with property viewings and open houses. During my time at Sweet-Homes, I also had a 3-month internship as part of my education in marketing economics.

During my time as a full-time employee at JYSK, I worked closely with my colleagues and actively contributed to the team by providing training and support for new employees. My primary focus was on optimizing the store's performance through collaboration, training, and assistance to team members. Through my dedicated efforts, I successfully enhanced efficiency, fostered higher employee engagement, and elevated the overall customer experience, all of which played a crucial role in contributing to the store's success.
