As a service manager at Maplecrest Ford, I manage shop functions on a daily basis, service advise technicians, order parts, and schedule appointments. I have a notary public commission issued by Morris County Government and a background in private investigation that allows me to handle complex and sensitive cases with professionalism and discretion.I have over 10 years of experience as a private investigator at Crossroads Investigation Services, where I contract jobs that require focus and quick problem solving skills, travel across the tri-state area and beyond, serve and process subpoenas, execute on-the-spot interviews, and carry out surveillance at any hour for extended periods of time. I also have a passion for digital media and graphic design, which I developed while working as a social media manager and shop manager at JDM Engineering, where I improved their social media presence, parts and ebay sales, scheduling, and dispatching. I am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in graphic design at Southern New Hampshire University and pushing for the chance to see my best version of me.
