CurrentSelf employed PGA professional coaching full time. Like any sole trader building a strong brand is the centre of increasing footfall and revenue. My own philosophy centres around heavily investing in my personal and professional development. To take remuneration for a service, there is a degree of integrity required to ensure you give the individual your best. Perhaps the most important and an intangible factor in developing golfers is your ability to foster strong relationships. Strong relationships are fostered when trust is instilled. At the forefront of my coaching values are transcending the following leadership qualities to instil trust and heighten motivation: • Acting as a role model through putting students’ needs first, instilling pride, and being dedicated to their values• Motivating students through offering meaning, clear expectations and projecting confidence in students achieving their goals.• Behaviours that elicit students to view themselves as capable decision makers through tasks that enable them to find solutions. • Coaching behaviours which recognise student’s individual needs and offers genuine care or concernPersonal highlights:• Successfully built a strong coaching brand across Ireland. Starting in 2016 on my own with zero clients, I have scaled my business up to a full diary high and low season. • Helped develop a Europro tour player towards obtaining a DP world tour card in 2019 and winning on the DP world tour in 2021.
