His management portfolio included, brand management, public relations, communications, advertising, traditional and social media, trade shows, high profile lifestyle and press events, website and mobile media development. He set strategic and tactical marketing objectives for the company and his decisions are guided by Signature’s mission to provide world-class customer experiences at its locations around the globe.Shortly after joining Signature, Sniffen relaunched the brand, added sub-brands including Signature Select and Signature TECHNICAir. He led the development and launched Signature’s proprietary customer loyalty initiatives Signature Status and Signature TailWins. He participated in a leadership capacity for Signature’s implementation and operation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM which provided data for integrated, customized solutions to provide customers with highly personalized service at over 200 global locations.Sniffen negotiated and managed industry partnership projects that drove cross-business collaboration with proven results for partners and new revenue streams for Signature Flight Support. Such examples included Gogo Business Aviation's Cloud, National Car Rental and Clear Channel Airports.Sniffen led the marketing and communications process during the integration of new acquisitions, including Landmark Aviation, into the Signature Flight Support brand and participated in all due diligence projects and public RFPs to increase Signature's global footprint.
