Patrick is also the President of Community Banks of Colorado and a member of the NBH Bank board of directors. I also serve on the Assets and Liabilities (ALCO), Credit Policy, Pricing and Product Development Committees. Implemented and executed the overall strategy for the Southeast Region in the Banking Center Channel, with span of control that included 6 Market Leadership Teams responsible for Charlotte, Atlanta, Greensboro, Raleigh/Durham, Nashville, Memphis and Chattanooga which consists of 386 banking centers, 4,300 associates, 1 Area Executive.

Provided strategic leadership for 13,000 associates in 34 production sites, 24 Bank of America contact centers, 8 supplier sites and 2 continuum sites. Organization was accountable for over 900 million incoming customer calls and inquiries, over 200 million of which were handled by associates and 15 million by email and chat.

Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Implemented and executed the overall strategy for the South Florida Region in the Banking Center Channel, with span of control that included 11 Market Leadership Teams responsible for Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Fort Meyers, Naples, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach which consists of 401 banking centers, over 4,100 associates.

Led the success of the affluent and mass affluent segment acquisition, retention and relationship deepening strategies, as well as regulatory compliance activities in Florida and Georgia which consisted of 14 Market Managers and 200 Client Managers. Bank of America Tampa Market President who was the senior executive and primary spokesperson for the company, coordinated emergency activities and line of business cooperation to achieve strategic objectives. Also oversaw management of the $2.1 million Bank of America Foundation charitable contributions and sponsorships budget.

Developed strategies and implemented processes to drive sales and service results for 200 Client Managers. Additionally served as Tampa Bay Wealth Management coordinator, responsible for instilling cooperation between Premier Banking and Investments, Bank of America Investment Services Inc (BAI) and the Private Bank/US Trust, and the seamless delivery of referrals.
