Since Patrick founded SooHoo Designers in 1980, he has continually developed successful and creative marketing strategies for public and private organizations. An honors graduate of the Art Center College of Design, Patrick has gained national and international recognition for his work in advertising and design. Patrick’s creative expertise comes from many disciplines including exhibit design, packaging, and advertising. Throughout the years, Patrick’s versatility and experience in design and brand marketing have given SooHoo Designers the ability to create work for companies such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Epson America, Inc., Mattel, Nestle Foods, the Walt Disney Company, Coca-Cola, California State Department of Tourism, the Los Angeles County Health Initiative (L.A. Care Health Plan), and American Honda Motor Co., Inc. His work has been published in many international and national publications such as Graphis Best in Packaging, West Meets East, Hot Graphics USA, and Graphic Design: Los Angeles. In his career, he has also received recognition from distinguished organizations and groups such as the New York Art Director’s One Show, Los Angeles Art Director’s Club, San Francisco Art Director’s Club, Creativity, Communication Arts, Print, and the Belding Awards. Over the years, Patrick’s long-term client base demonstrates his leadership ability to continually evolve and transition SooHoo Designers into a competitive and award-winning traditional and digital creative agency. Today, Patrick continues his main role as a creative and strategic consultant reinforcing SooHoo Designers' commitment to positively engage people by design. Patrick has taught and lectured on design and marketing for various private organizations and public institutions such as the University of California, Los Angeles, California State University, Long Beach and California State University, Dominguez Hills. His work was showcased in an exhibit “Art by Design” at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
