CurrentAs President of Delta Valley Transit, daily activities include creating loads, setting appointments for broker freight, dispatch and track loads; problem solve issues and resolve/communicate to service customers. Building relationships with carriers by soliciting over the phone, researching transportation companies on the web and leveraging relationships with customers to build a network of carriers is crucial to delivering excellent customer service. Maintaining a daily high volume of activity including outbound calls and social selling, analyzing cost/revenue to set proper expectations for each customer has allowed me to build a company with approximately $1 million in sales.
