Interface with senior Battalion and Brigade level leadership to ensure Company is meeting training objectives and goals in line higher level guidance. Served as Rear Detachment Commander for the 276th Military Police Company while they were deployed to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba in support of Operations Enduring Freedom. Responsible for monitoring Soldier issues related to pay, movement, logistics, readiness, and family support for approximately 90 Soldiers. Maintained accountability and serviceability for military equipment and weaponry totaling over $2 million in order to supply the unit as necessary to accomplish their mission. Served as a connection between the deployed Soldiers and their families at home through the Family Readiness Group and act to keep both sides well informed as to the current operations of both entities. Graduated 70th RTI Officer Candidate School in August of 2019 and received commission while receiving the Leadership Award for highest leadership rating in the class.Promoted to Sergeant in July 2015. Deployed with 324th Military Police Company under 525th Military Police Battalion to Guantanamo Bay, Cuba from October 2015- July 2016. Competed at the Joint Task Force Guantanamo Senior Enlisted Soldier of the Quarter Board. Awarded Joint Task Force Guantanamo Motivator of the Week. Entered 838th Military Police Company June 2012 following Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training. Deployed with 838th Military Police Company under Joint Special Operations Command Task Force April 2013-February 2014. Chosen as "Soldier of the Year- Lower Enlisted" for 838th Military Police Company for 2014. Placed 2nd in 437th Military Police Battalion Soldier of the year competition.

Collected intelligence through daily interactions with high value detainees and recording devices. Coordinated and participated in cell extraction maneuvers for movement of hostile detainees. Was responsible for a four person team. Ensured this team was kept updated on standard operating procedures through weekly training sessions and exercises. Monitored team progress and managed them effectively to maintain physical readiness guidelines.
