Patrick is a chartered architect with 20 yrs post qualification experience. During this period Patrick has worked in both the private and not for profit sectors. Patrick has key experience in the design of mixed use developments typically comprising residential, hospitality, retail and commercial components.Residential:- wide experience of the design of residential schemes including both private and supported housing; developments ranging from high rise, multi-apartment buildings to one off houses.Hospitality:- key experience of hotel and serviced apartments design.Community:- designed local community and church hall buildings in various locations throughout the UK.Elderly Care:- designed new build ‘dual standard’ residential care homes in Glasgow, Coventry and Southend on Sea.Patrick has worked for clients in the UK and overseas in Abu Dhabi, Astana, Dublin, Istanbul, Jeddah, Moscow and Tbilisi.Patrick is an advocate of environmentally responsible design.
