Welcome Patrick Spedding to Stone Consulting Group as the Director, Learning and Development. Patrick has been all across Canada implementing dynamic processes and projects to a variety of learners using his operations experience, technology background, Adult Education, ESL and B.Ed to ensure that all training is focused on the end users success. Patrick has worked in health care, education, post secondary education and recently joins us after a year working in the UK.

I lead workshops of up to 15 new employees at a time. During this week I ensure the transition from classroom to Office is seamless. I have travelled to Edmonton, Alberta for a month to launch a new branch and I will be currently working out of the Toronto Branch. The purpose of my role is to add enthusiasm and an overall understanding to the training program known as GoldCare. This program is a very common healthcare computer program used Canada wide.
