Since then, I have experienced the enormous amount of character, professional and personal growth that comes with ownership of a company.   As a General Manager, I set strategies, create systems, and drive new processes until we fully integrate them into our procedures in a measurable way for continuous improvement. A proof of this is Atomic's high quality, fast lead times, and repeatability of that experience throughout time.As a leader, I understand the influence that a company has on its employee's professional growth. Giving someone the tools to be successful and realizing when you have not is key in creating the trust necessary to lead. Sharing goals and strategies, developing employee growth plans, and having performance metrics to measure and improve gives Atomic the ability to grow entry-level employees into its leaders; equitable relationships are our success.As a Financial manager & Planner, My role is to set and drive financial strategy, measure performance, and make adjustments using data collected through our ERP and accounting systems. These practices have allowed us to maintain a debt-free company while growing roughly 500% in revenue since our first full fiscal year in 2008.
