I am a subject matter expert in the field of Construction Materials Testing for the US Army Corps of Engineers. I manage a team of engineering technicians at the CTAO QA Facility alomg with three satellite laboratories covering a large foot print in SWD. I perform quality assurance inspection and testing on concrete, soils, and asphalt. I am a remote inspector for ERDC performing on-site commercial and military laboratory inspections to ensure the facilities are properly operating in accordance with ER 1110-1-261. I am responsible for ensuring quality control testing is being performed in accordance with applicable industry standards and contract specifications. I currently hold ACI certification as a Field Testing Technician, Strength Testing Technician, Aggregate Testing Technician lvl 1, Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician lvl 1, Aggregate Soils Base, and ACI-CRSI Adhesive Anchor Installation Certification ProgramAdhesive Anchor Installer. I am also NICET CMT level 3 certified in Soils, Concrete, Asphalt, and level 3 in Highway Transportation Materials.

I review geotechnical reports to ensure minimum designs standards are enforced. I currently hold ACI certification as a Field Testing Technician, Strength Testing Technician, Aggregate Testing Technician lvl 1, Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician lvl 1, and ACI-CRSI Adhesive Anchor Installation Certification ProgramAdhesive Anchor Installer.
