• Manufacturing automotive parts for various automobile companies• Ensuring quality and efficiency of all manufactured parts• Troubleshooting machine and robotic breakdowns• Managing staff on assigned duties• Ensuring all health and safety guidelines are followed• Train or arrange for training of all staff on daily operational needs• Repairing and adjusting machines for optimal machine performance• Perform first and last offs of all manufactured parts as well as perform hourly quality checks.• Investigate and disperse corrective actions to unionized employees • Involved and participate in weekly meetings with all management staff• Interact with all other departments to ensure outstanding quality of all manufactured parts• Submit and monitor continuous improvement ideas for optimal performance of all machinery and staff
