As the Vice President of Energy and Sustainability at Lincoln Harris, I oversaw energy and sustainability initiatives for all clients and served as the Engineering, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and Energy/Sustainability subject matter expert for the company. By working closely with these teams, we ensured that sustainability was integrated into the facilities' projects and daily operations.I managed the submission and review process for utility-related capital projects. I performed return on investment analysis for capital and repair and maintenance projects to maximize cost savings. I actively pursued utility rebates and incentives to further drive down project costs.I analyzed utility bills and benchmarked building performance to identify energy and water outliers.
