-Planned and organized recruiting efforts for the Notre Dame Band-Lead and managed 150 student recruiters for the Band-Facilitated a smooth transition into college and the band for new students

- Created Equity reports, contracts, and company specific riders- Designed and maintained an accounting system for Halftix, a half price ticketing service for eight theatres- Processed bill payment in QuickBooks, payroll paperwork, and workers compensation requests

-Provided an entertaining and informative environment as an tour guide of Hershey, PA to nearly 10,000 tourists a summer -Sold tickets and represented Trolley Works to Hershey’s Chocolate World's 2 million summer visitors -Ensured guests had a positive and timely boarding experience
