Office Manager/Estimator
Current- Compose service estimates by reviewing information obtained from customers and conducting field inspections of issues that need to be serviced.- Responsible for calculating payroll, including commissions, and ensuring information is accurately processed through payroll service.- Manage all billing including the preparation of invoices, processing of credit card and check transactions, and resolving any billing discrepancies.- Manage all accounts receivable, make collection calls, and compose and send collection letters to past due accounts, as well as assisting with accounts payable. - Monitor, maintain and order supplies necessary for upcoming jobs.- Conduct sales though business to business, telephone, mail and email marketing. - Provide field assistance with gutter installations and maintenance, power washing, snow removal, and underground drain installations, when necessary.
