Seconded to the role of project coordinator for Queensland Alumina Limited from Frost Engineers. As part of the project delivery team was responsible for both CAPEX and OPEX projects of varying complexity and value as well as development and conception of the initial five year demolition strategy. Working with projects at every stage of the cycle from initiation through to close out and asset disposal.

At the conclusion of Gladstone Regional Council and Gladstone Area Water Board agreements I was retained by Gladstone Regional Council and transitioned into the Call Centre Officer role.This role initially involved the relocation and establishment of GRC operations from GAWB sites to the GRC site. This involved some equipment modernisation. The previous 24/7 coverage roster was maintained. The tasks included remote and local bascule bridge operation, sewer and water network assets monitoring and data collection via SCADA and RADTEL systems, data analysis to identify potential faults, coordination of reactive maintenance tasks out of hours via Pathways, receiving and responding appropriately to customer requests out of hours via various communication methods, updating and maintaining road closure information on GRC's webpage, document management support working with Techone systems, working with policy and procedures to maintain ethical and moral conduct including management of privacy.In this role 75% of the time was unsupervised and self managed.

As the Bar Manager at Gladstone Australian Rules Football Club, I was responsible for overseeing stock management, ensuring the bar was always well-stocked and inventory was efficiently tracked. I provided exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons.
