A passionate leader with more than 15 years of experience in finance & controlling functions of different multinational companies; thereof 6 years as a Group CFO of an international family business. Started my career as accountant in trust companies. Gained deepknowledge in finance, tax and legal matters. From 2003 to 2010 working for the german based Vorwerk Group in various finance & controlling functions at headquarter but also local entities. Gaining expert kowledge in SAP during the international SAP-Rollout but also strong management skills as well as international tax and european VAT knowledge. From 2010 onwards working for R&M, a swiss based international Group in the information technology industry; first 5 years as Head Group Controlling at headquarter and since 2015 as Group CFO. As CFO being responsible for finance & controlling, tax, legal & compliance and IT.Several strategical projects successfully processed during this period: restructuring, more than 5 international M&As incl post-merger integration, improved cost transparency and new international tax setup beside few important strategical IT projects (e.g. transfer to cloud, SAP Rollouts, digital workplace, process automation).International working experience in several international projects, strong knowledge of local vs headquarter requirements. Graduated as Swiss certified expert in accounting & controlling.Focussed on implementing practical solutions and taking quick decisions; a motivator leading people from different cultures to high performance and enjoy working in teams across countries.
