Fabric & Home Care Strategic Innovation & Technology •Project Leadership: Lead technology development projects to identify novel materials and incorporate these materials into global lineup of detergent products. Responsibilities include managing external suppliers, intellectual property, coordination with initiative teams, development of performance and stability models and definition of consumer testable prototypes.•Material Development and Formulation: Expertise with the molecular architecture, technical methods, mechanisms and structure-function models for a broad palette of detergent ingredients (surfactants, polymers, chelants, hueing dyes, solvent) and their incorporation in detergent products. •Product Development Modeling: Expertise with first principles and empirical modeling leveraging Design of Experiments (DOE). Applications include raw material specification, formulation response and optimization, formula stability, value evaluation, operating window characterization and chemical speciation. •Proven Innovator: Inventor on 12 applications, 4 granted patents; 13 peer reviewed publications, 209 total citations. Expertise in art landscaping, patentability analysis and freedom to practice analysis.
