At the Western Field Office at ETS, managed the administration of a number of standardized assessments for the State of California. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, worked closely with District Testing Coordinators to ensure the proper and successful administration of the CAASPP assessments. In addition to providing general and technical assistance over the phone, also monitored and assisted new representatives to improve their service interactions.
