- Pioneered investing in independently produced feature films and television programming. Devised the strategy, obtained internal backing, set up and for 16 years led this line of business that contributed significant annual profits.- Production / acquisition executive (uncredited, as per WB policy) on over 90 films & TV series.- Initiated and managed relationships with producers, IP owners and sales agents, attended international film markets, led the internal evaluations and negotiations and closed deals. Subsequently I oversaw these productions on behalf of WB, being closely involved with their releases and working together with colleagues in distribution, marketing & publicity.- Seconded to Los Angeles in 2015-16 to co-lead the creation of a 5-year, global strategic plan for the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts franchise for consideration by JK Rowling's team.- Prepared business analysis and plans on growth opportunities for Executive Committee consideration, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisition targets and extending partnerships. This included WB growing its television production business in the UK. - Between 2003 and 2020 I was a member of the Executive Committee that met regularly and ran the distribution operations of Warner Bros in the UK, as well as shaping its strategic response to changes in the industry.

Co-architect (with the UK President) of a business transformation that included introducing a significantly different operating structure for the UK arm of a US major studio. The structure was rolled out to other countries incl Germany, France, Italy, Japan and I worked on the implementation in Spain in 2009-10.
