Customer Service Philosophy:The basis behind the success of my career is to always find a way to say yes. I have learned there is always a compromise to a situation even if it is not the best outcome. I will never directly tell someone "No" or "I cannot do something". I always research the inquiry at hand and then if I need to ask additional questions to anyone else after I would. If I cannot find a way to satisfy the customer, then I would go to another person with my position and ask how they would handle the request. If they could not help me find a way to give a yes, I would then refer to a manager for another approach or solution that I may not have the authority to offer. Even if an outcome is not the favorable one, I have learned that people respect the effort and attention that was put into the request more than the actual solution.
