Run coach for Tri4Him, a nationally ranked junior elite triathlon team.

Run coaching for novices all the way through to elites, from the 800m through to the marathon. I offer process oriented, individualized programs which work for each unique athlete. The programs are holistic and take into account life and work stress, in addition to training stress. I coach the individual not just the athlete!

Designed and taught World Geography class. Maintained class records and followed PQC administrative procedures.

Coordinate training groups of up to 150 participants training from the 5 km to Marathon.

Maintained day-to-day operations and ensured customer satisfaction, including customer dispute resolution. Trained new staff and ensured high level of professionalism.
