Founded ComplyU, a company that leveraged a Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver online education on NCAA rules. Oversaw and managed all aspects of the business including management of a team, review of legal matters, the creation of rules education content, business strategy and planning, budgeting, marketing, and project management. Provided training and consulting services to NCAA institutions regarding NCAA compliance processes and policies.

Oversaw recruiting and financial aid for all of Oklahoma's 21 sports. On the recruiting side, I monitored on and off campus recruiting visits, telephone logs, and recruiting expenses across the entire athletic department. I conducted educational meetings on NCAA rules, and drafted violation reports, interpretation requests, and waiver requests. On the financial aid side, I tracked financial aid limits for all sports and advised coaching staff on their respective scholarship limits.

Developed this position that had been newly created, including drafting of institutional policies and procedures.
