As the Mitigation Manager, my primary focus consists of managing the emergency services needed to protect property from further damage and ensure the property is being restored properly. -Ensuring the mitigation crew's timeliness and performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mold remediation, fire cleanup and mitigation, content evaluation, content inventorying, content cleaning, environmental services, etc.-Commitment to providing excellent service and communication with property owner and insurance representative.-Meet property owners and insurance representatives to provide professional opinion and agree upon scope of work.-Provide accurate and detailed mitigation logs to property owners and insurance representatives.-Sketch, scope, and provide a detailed, accurate, and well documented estimate for the services provided.-Perform final inspection and walkthrough with property owner for quality control.-Point of contact for issue resolution for customers in the event of questions/concerns; resolve in timely manner.-Ensure adequate inventory levels of mitigation/drying equipment, PPE, cleaning materials, tarps and board up supplies, etc.
