Also, learning and understanding legislation relating to the Health & Safety Act and ensuring all products comply with current legislation where necessary. As the operations manager, I was responsible for inwards goods, stock management, stock ordering, logistics & outwards goods.Through this time we underwent system changes and introduction of Lean Implementation 5S & Continuous Improvement which I assisted in setting up and setting up to sustain within the operational logistics hub.
