With over 15 years of experience in the food service and hospitality industry, I am passionate about creating memorable and satisfying experiences for guests, staff, and clients. I have a diploma in Culinary Arts from NSCC, and have been an instructor for TIANS, delivering training programs for other companies in the industry. I am currently the Food and Beverage Manager at White Point Beach Resort, where I oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, and ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.In my previous role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Cabot Cape Breton, I was responsible for managing several outlet operations, coordinating with the chefs, servers, and event planners, and handling the inventory, budget, and payroll. I also contributed to the development and implementation of new menus, promotions, and policies. I have also received the Cape Breton Excellence Award for being an active business owner in Cape Breton and supportive member of the LGBTQ community. I have developed strong skills in food service, hospitality, management, customer relations, human relations and cultural improvement and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams.
