Responsible for leading and supporting cross-functional teams through development of leading-edge IT solutions for clients in Government and Healthcare sectors. Leading and managing SME and partner resources to develop technical approaches to include technical strategy, software application and architectural designs, Agile/Scrum processes, and level-of-effort/labor estimations for Task Orders through the Department of Veterans Affairs T4 IDIQ contract and the HHS CIO-SP3 prime contracts. Clients include Defense Health Agency, Veterans Benefits Administration, Veterans Health Administration, and Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.Focus areas include Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), SOAP/REST, HL7, web and mobile application design, user experience design strategies, business process analysis, technical requirements analysis, testing/Software Quality Assurance, continuous integration, and implementation/deployment support for EHRs, clinical care applications, and healthcare data integration/interoperability systems.
