We are in the process of a migrating to a standard hardware and software package as well as a consolidation of hardware and software. I plan and design technology upgrade and support, create inventory strategy, coordinated control purchasing agreements & organized personnel requirements. Results: Reduced technology operating budget, increased technology turnaround time, increased customer satisfaction. Allocated and planned projects setting priorities, schedule resource requirements, institute actions to increase productivity using Earned Value Management (EVM) to help measure project performance. I have used EVM as a systematic project management process to find variances in projects based on the comparison of worked performed and work planned. I used Critical Path Method (CPM) Scheduling to construct models for projects that included WBS, time durations and dependencies. By using these values, I could calculate the longest path of planned activities to the end of the project, and the earliest and latest that each activity can start and finish without making the project longer. Review all current projects to ensure milestones and deadlines are being met. Organize and develop and determined new technology requirements, research technology alternatives, manage and support organization with resources and design expertise.
