Our commitment to operating with integrity, transparency, and providing a high degree of personal service to our clients has allowed us to achieve an exceptional client retention rate of nearly 95% year over year. With more than 750 employees providing service to our clients on a daily basis, we believe deeply in providing a positive work experience for our associates and creating opportunities for career development and advancement. I am an active member in the Building Services Contractors Association International (BSCAI), which is the business resource for building service contractors. In 2012, I earned a Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation from BSCAI, the most prestigious symbol of excellence and expertise in the building service contracting industry. I am happily married to my wife Kara and have spent more than 10 years coaching our two boys throughout their youth sports careers in both baseball and basketball.
