Ensure customer satisfaction through communication, timely sales and great value.• Recruit, train and manage a rapidly growing network of campus representatives. o Utilize paid and earned media stimulated by campus representatives active on Snapchat and Instagram to increase sales by more than 50%.• Responsible for all social media sites and their respective ad campaigns.• Refine and adapt a brand strategy that targets young college adults who want to live as part of the brand, rather than merely recognize its existence. • Constantly explore new possibilities for the company with the use of prototype models and brand clothing.
