Team consisting of Concierge, Suite Liaisons, Bartenders, Food Servers/Attendants with dotted line responsibility to Housekeeping, Engineering, Operations, HR, Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Food & Beverage. We are hyper-focused on creating unique, tailored experiences and memories for each and every guest.

Wailea, Hi

Led the daily operation of eight stores, $8 million in annual sales, $1 Million in positive EBITDA. Built partnerships with mainland based merchant teams, as well as relationships with other functional partners throughout the hotel. Developed a ground-up specialty goods program that focuses on local (Maui and Hawaii) vendors. Executed a pop-up retail Luau program in March of 2019. that added $3.5k in weekly incremental sales. Expanded local Artists sales programs on property that now generate $4k per day in sales. Facilitated the roll-out of new POS and Merchant systems.

Kahalui, Hi

Coach and leader of the Sears department store in Kahalui, HI. supporting the islands of Maui, Molokai, and Lanai. Built positive comp sales and EBITDA growth as well as district leading guest service scores during 2017 and 2018. Helped to build community outreach and strong working relationships with Maui Police, as well as the building of student placement opportunities with partners at the University of Hawaii Maui, and training outreach with the Hawaii Job Corps Center.

Managed and executed successful, full-scope openings of new dental clinics from pre-construction thru daily operation. Directed all business and non-clinical aspects including annual budgeting, financial review, analytics, succession planning, performance management, project management, and marketing. Built strategic cross-functional relationships with supported owner doctors, associate doctors, clinicians, managers, and support staff coaching non-clinical and business related functions and best practices. Elevated talent base in the region through networking, recruiting, and team member development. Helped in the development of associate doctors non-clinical and business-related skills. Coordinated and facilitated training seminars in sales and leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
