Cost-effectively oversaw $4.45 million in operations across 2 facility campus environments, including continually monitoring physical and financial health of the department to ensure the ongoing delivery of exceptional patient services.

Expertly procured quotes for and worked with client to replace / upgrade kitchen equipment within Oak Grove and Westwood campus sites with $156,000 in key improvements.

Expanded a zero-cost product line, added 5 new beverage coolers, and upgraded a soda fountain area via partnership with Ozark Coca-Cola. Interfaced with Community Coffee to use products in exchange for equipment maintenance.
