Technical Support Specialist
Current· First point of contact for clients and staff regarding issues with their hardware and software· Respond to tickets & process transactional requests· Develop various knowledge articles and Standard Operating Procedures· Manage users in Active Directory, Citrix, Exchange Admin Center, & other systems.· Work with various IT Teams, (Security, Financial Systems, Conferencing, Enterprise Applications)· Assist users with working remotely, (Citrix Workspace & Cisco AnyConnect VPN)· Administer the Firm’s File Record system named iManage
