I’m a highly skilled Divisional Director working in the Construction Industry, with extensive experience in the refurbishment sector working as client and main contractor. Over the past 25 years I have held senior positions with Social Housing Landlords working in the capacity as client representative for procurement, mobilisation, and delivery of large value planned maintenance contracts delivering decent homes work programmes. Recently, I have held senior positions working for tier 1 main contractors bringing my client experience to the benefit of the contract.I have successfully delivered planned programmes of works, BSF works and compliance work programmes to the value of £20m per annum. Throughout my working career I have been a strong supporter of partnership working, identifying common objectives, and working in partnership to deliver contracts that provide value for all stakeholders involved.I am a member of the TPC/PPC steering group promoting and supporting this form of contract to deliver work programmes that achieve value for money, provide job opportunities, social value that achieves a legacy for the local community.
