Reported directly to the Assistant Director to design and deliver highly specialized conferences, training and fieldwork experiences for intelligence, military, diplomatic, and law enforcement groups at the National 9/11 Memorial & Museum. These groups included government agency executives, chiefs, field agents, members of international military and political bodies, and many others. Each visit, conference, or field experience was unique and tailored to the attending agency. Preparation and research for multiple programs often occurred simultaneously and typically required sustained strategic planning with agency HQ's in Washington D.C., N.Y., and various international locations. Our partner agencies included organizations from across the intelligence community, homeland security enterprise, the Department of Defense, as well as select state and local law enforcement. Most recently, our team achieved a very special milestone when our training program was officially announced as a required component of FBI Academy training at Quantico. As of March 9, 2019, all future FBI special agents and intelligence analysts must travel to New York to complete our program as a cornerstone of their curriculum. Development of these unique training programs required rigorous research into past and current public/foreign policy issues as well as an established literacy in the fields of counter-terrorism, national security, and international diplomacy. In addition to program design, delivery and support, I took a leading role in managing institutional tracking, client outreach, and strategic planning.
