This is an industrial group in HK with over 3,500 people located in China, HK and Thailand. I take care of group HR functions with around 40 headcount in HR & Admin.We have 3 BUs engaged in different OEM products from watch cases to interconnect solution. Most of my time spent on site to lead the operation and work closely with all BU Heads.During my tenure with the Group, lead the team to rebuild the HR platform from C&B policies, staff relationship and revamp all policies and procedures. In the mean time also carry out transformation of the group working with different stake holders.

We are creating a company in HK to handle all overseas business for Ogawa brand. We have business in Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam.My role is to build an all round HR platform in this new company to manage the business operation. I lead a team of 7 in HK to establish all C&B policies, create the talent management roadmap, working with CEO to build the culture of this new company.We have over 1,000 people in the retail business and work with each country GM to discuss the business plan and manpower planning. At that time we also acquire a brand in Middle East to extend our business.

This is a French listed company in Paris. I first joined the company to take care of Greater China region for sourcing and retail operation. We have over 150 people in the sourcing organization which in charge of 1/3 of Group global sales and over 200 people engage in the retail business in HK & Taiwan.I was promoted to take care AP region in 2011 to cover, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, HK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Australia. There are approximately 2,000 headcount within the region. I reported to VP Sales (AP) and worked with each country GM on business plan and manpower arrangement.During that time also established policies for the region and create C&B plans for countries. Also started creating the competency model and talent management program. During my tenure with the group, also successfully rebuild the management team in Japan to recover the business and succession plan for Korea which are the 2 largest markets at that time with over HKD3B.During 2010, also work with HQ to restructure the sourcing team in HK & China from generalist role to specialist role in creating a much clearer career path and succession plan for the teams.

Tyco is a US listed company and I was taking care of HR Shared Service Team for the non-manufacturing operation in HK & China. I am responsible for daily HR & Admin. operation for offices & warehouse in HK and other offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing.I have 4 teams located in these offices in taking care of more than 1,200 headcount from Sales, Engineering and Supply Chain

After graduate from university, I started my career with Wai Kee as a trainee and eventually assigned to work in Personnel & Admin. function.I learnt all basic HR and Admin. daily operation and with good performance, I was assigned to the newly setup subsidiary which engaged in tolled highway projects as the HR Manager to create all round HR policies and procedures.
