• In charge of overall project’s procurement activities from inquiry to delivery of goods.
• Define and develop Project Procurement’s Plan, Procedure, Strategy and Resource Plan.

• Manage a team of more than 13 tech leads & engineers to provide automation solutions to support 7 ATM factories & 2 TD factories across 6 sites.
• Chair multiple Working Groups and forums, technical sharing and technical discussions.
• Manage projects/programs risk, future platforms & technologies’ impact, issues & requests.
• Analyze, streamline and simplify process to improve efficiency & flexibility. KPI analysis covering projects’ life cycle, product’s health/usage, CSI & issues and solution planning.
