We were contracted by a middle school in our town and were given the task of erecting a building in the time span of two months. Diligently working, we built the panels for the building in our factory, then assembled the building on-site in two days.

On average, the students I tutored posted an entire letter grade higher than prior to my help. Generally, this would be a time to boast about it-- but working with the kids and seeing them learn and begin to enjoy the material because of the intrinsic belief that they could do it was more than motivating for me.
