A notable achievement includes initiating and leading an overhaul plan for a 50-year-old chemicals terminal on the Singapore mainland. I engaged and negotiated with an Oil Major to relocate its Lubricant blending plants within the terminal. This strategic move is poised to significantly enhance the terminal’s overall revenue, utilisation rate, and diversify its functionality, all while being mutually advantageous for the client.

I spearheaded the inception of the International Terminal division, focusing on expanding its global presence, acquiring and optimizing terminal assets, and ensuring operational excellence.
