Responsible for Sampling Raw Materials, API and Intermediates, Materials Planning, Inventory Management and Procurement. Also serve as Oracle Business Super User for Direct Materials and Coordinator for Bulk Raw Materials Lot Disposition. Also a Safety Lead for the GMP Warehouse.

Coordinate daily mail pick-up and delivery.Receive and distribute FedEx, UPS priority overnight mail to company personnel. Maintain inventory of all mail room supplies. Maintain postage meter and service calls. Keep postage meter secure after hours and weekends. Coordinate space reconfiguration. As required, change light bulbs. Accomplish general cleaning, as needed and/or requested. Complete building maintenance as requested (i.e., painting, minor building repairs, et cetera). Ensuring that an adequate supply of supplies is always on hand. Providing rides to employees and guest when needed. Ensure building security by inspecting building fire extinguishers, escorting vendors doing business within the building, and notifying management of potential security problems. Set up conference rooms.Move and re-locate items and files to and from storage. Provide copy and facsimile services support, including stocking of supplies, replacing of toner, and placing service calls.
