I emphasis highly on productivity here at Ok Tedi Mine with Starwest Construction fleet of production equipment here in Ok Tedi Mine. I play important roll on safety first and production is number two priorities in all aspect of companies business in all major operation here at Ok Tedi Mine. I involve in Ok Tedi's two weekly plan meeting, daily production meeting, recanciliation meeting, HSC policy meeting, HSC action plan meeting assign the daily task to all the entire work force. Our motor for safety here at Ok Tedi Mine is Zero Arm as we belief in our selfs and safety that prevent us from any unsafe practise. It is my responsibility to maintain safety in work place and remind entire work force for their own safety and their colleagues safety also in work place. I strongly belief and having confident in my self because I have been in these position and the field for many years and I fill comfortable in advance and look forward to any challenge coming my way in near future either here in Papua New Guinea or abroad over seas countries.

I involve in playing a significant roll or task in Lihir Gold Mine production as a supervisor in the entire mining pit area in a very safe manner in production where is much enthusiasm because the mine itself is expose to many risk in surrounding environment. I eagerly proved my self as a production supervisor in all department involved in daily planning, pit projects, two weekly plan, safety analysis, job scope for all the enitre work force. I don't see any thing too difficult for me as I went through these entire job for many years as usual in my daily life. It is my profession and I take any task coming my way as I have confidence and advance to it. Now I am ready and looking forward for the challenge, weather in Papua New Guinea or abroad over seas contigent.

I participated miningfully on daily production planning meeting, two weekly production meeting, delibrate highly on safety in the entire work force before assign to their task. I reported the issues over last 24 hours within the daily shift production morning meeting. The safety is most priority item in every work force mind before schedule out with good mind set and focus basically on production. The environment is too risky in many reason and I take safety in advance and keep advising entire work force to concentrating on their safety and production flow accordingly. I managed and plan for highly production to met the daily shift targets in day to day shift and this is a mile stone achievemnet for me in the pit production phased. I do also manage and supervise the projects around the pit area such as resheeting the haul trucks road for better production,safe driving and reduce the maintenance or iliminate break down on the equipment. Engage in pioneering projects cutting butter, benching and doing drainage whilst establizing culvert and doing drain flow. All this task has been my past career when I did some major civil earth works out apart from what I was doing in the mine at present. I'm not knew to the task and it is my field that I've been ultilized, supervised the job my self with limited supervision in many areas of assumption. It is my privilage to admit that, I am ready for interested mining firm or mining giant companies here in Papua New Guinea or abroad over seas for any recruitment, I will be much appriciated to get on board and explore the entire mining prospect in future years to come.
